After the last two weeks I wasn’t sure this season could live up to the Prison Break legacy but with everything that went down in this episode and everything it sets up? We’re in for a wild rest of the season. That was the wrong way to approach the show. I know, last week I talked about all these deeper themes they could be hinting at. With the series getting a second life thanks to new fans who are finding the series on streaming services (some reports peg it as one of the most-watched shows on Netflix), Fox decided to bring Prison Break back for an event series. Perhaps no show to return during television’s revival era is as binge-worthy as Prison Break.
